Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Source and attract top talent for various positions within the organization through effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, employers, and industry partners to stay informed about market trends and job opportunities.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations on hiring decisions to ensure optimal team performance.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.

Job Requirements :

  • 0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (e.g., human resources).
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary : 3.6 LPA Fixed + 1.4 LPA Variable
