Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi, Thrissur, Pala, Kottarakkara, Trivandrum, Calicut, Kannur, Tirunelveli, Pollach. for Cold Store, Cold Chain Technical Experts. The role involves designing, developing, and modernizing cold-storage facilities. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and maintaining cold chain systems, integrating smart automation for real-time tracking, ensuring compliance with food-safety standards, and providing customer support for efficient system operation. The role also includes training staff and collaborating with teams to enhance operational efficiency.

• we also looking AutoCAD dwg experts, industrial refrigeration technicians, industrial electrician, cold store installation technicians,
• ammonia refrigeration plant operator, erection-welding installation technicians, aluminum plate/pipe, SS plate/plate, copper/braze/silver soldering brazing technicians
• all roles bonded trainees 10-20 month

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills with collage level education
• Projects Sales and Organization skills
• Ability to Train staff and guide them in system operations
• Technical expertise in cold storage, food-tech machinery facilities, and automation systems
• any refrigeration technical institute /equal experience, or a related field
• Experience in the cold-chain industry is a plus
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
