Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi, Thrissur, Pala, Kottarakkara, Trivandrum, Calicut, Kannur, Tirunelveli, Pollach. for Cold Store, Cold Chain Technical Experts. The role involves designing, developing, and modernizing cold-storage facilities. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and maintaining cold chain systems, integrating smart automation for real-time tracking, ensuring compliance with food-safety standards, and providing customer support for efficient system operation. The role also includes training staff and collaborating with teams to enhance operational efficiency. other role Description: we also looking AutoCAD dwg experts, industrial refrigeration technicians, industrial electrician, cold store installation technicians, ammonia refrigeration plant operator, erection-welding installation technicians, aluminum plate/pipe, SS plate/plate, copper/braze/silver soldering brazing technicians all roles bonded trainees 10-20 month Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills with collage level education Projects Sales and Organization skills Ability to Train staff and guide them in system operations Technical expertise in cold storage, food-tech machinery facilities, and automation systems any refrigeration technical institute /equal experience, or a related field Experience in the cold-chain industry is a plus Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
