Job Title: Cold Outreach Executive Location: Lodha Supremus, MIDC, Mahakali, Andheri (Mumbai or nearby) Job Type: Full-Time | Flexible Shifts Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on initiating contact with potential clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of email etiquette, preferably US Voice and Accent trained and prior experience with any BPO with focus on U.S. sales processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calls and emails to introduce our products/services with an intent to get new prospects converted to qualifies leads Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and promote offerings CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on outreach metrics, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with overall business goals.
