Job Description

As a Cold Email Specialist at Saleshandy, you will be responsible for developing and executing cold email outreach strategies to meet business objectives. Your role will involve identifying target audiences, segmenting email lists, and conducting market research to understand customer needs and preferences. You will be creating compelling and personalized cold email copies, designing email templates tailored to different sales funnel stages, and utilizing cold email marketing tools to automate and manage campaigns. Monitoring and optimizing email deliverability, implementing A/B testing, and analyzing key metrics to continuously improve email performance will also be part of your responsibilities. Your collaboration with sales and marketing teams to align email campaigns with overall marketing goals, maintain consistency across outreach channels, and provide insights and recommendations for improving cold outreach strategies will be crucial. You should have a customer-focused mindset, experience in cold outreach preferably in a SaaS environment, and a deep understanding of email outreach technical aspects and deliverability. Being detail-oriented, organized, and possessing excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, comfortable with responsibility, and have high standards of ethics and quality. Your proficiency in cold email marketing platforms, analytical mindset, ability to interpret data for data-driven decisions, and strong organizational skills will be advantageous for this role.
