About Revenx
Revenx is a performance marketing company that generates qualified appointments for financial and insurance professionals. We handle the entire outbound system — from domain setup and deliverability to appointment booking. We’re expanding our cold email infrastructure internationally to reach consumer audiences, including U.S. federal and state employees.
You’ll manage and scale our cold email ecosystem (Brevo, Smartlead, and data sources) with the goal of driving 1,000 qualified appointments/month, supported by two current team members in email and data ops.
Role Goals
- Primary KPI: 1,000 qualified appointments/month (with <30% no-show rate and <2% bounce rate).
- Support Team: 2 specialists for sending, data, and cleaning.
- Core Stack: Brevo (Sendinblue), Smartlead, and associated warm-up & deliverability tools.
- Audience: U.S. federal and state employees, consumer-facing outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Email Infrastructure
- Create and maintain multiple Brevo accounts and sending domains.
- Configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC, custom tracking domains, and dedicated IPs.
- Manage domain rotation, subdomain management, and IP warming plans.
- Monitor sender reputation, deliverability, and blacklist status daily.
Campaign Management
- Design and deploy large-scale Smartlead sequences (multi-mailbox, rotation, unified inbox).
- Manage warmup schedules and volume ramps per mailbox to sustain inbox placement.
- Create high-performing, short-form cold email templates and A/B test variants.
- Work with data ops to verify and clean lead lists daily.
Appointment Generation
- Drive daily volume sufficient to produce 1,000+ qualified appointments/month.
- Ensure quality control on booked meetings (ICP fit, valid contact, compliance).
- Oversee Smartlead reply handling, categorization, and integration with calendars and CRMs.
Compliance & Best Practices
- Stay compliant with CAN-SPAM and other applicable regulations.
- Use only legally sourced or permission-based data.
- Maintain strong opt-out and suppression list processes.
Required Experience
- 3+ years in cold email marketing, including deliverability management.
- Proven success scaling outbound systems to 500k+ emails/month across domains.
- Expertise with Brevo (Sendinblue), Smartlead, and Mailreach/Lemwarm/Warmup Inbox.
- Strong understanding of email authentication and inbox placement.
- Experience sourcing and verifying B2C data at scale.
- Excellent written English and familiarity with U.S. consumer tone.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with Zapier, Make, HubSpot, or HighLevel integrations.
- Past success generating appointments in insurance, financial, or benefits niches.
- Leadership experience (you’ll manage two team members and coordinate with Sales Ops).
