Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the AI Cohort from end-to-end: from startup sourcing to program culmination
• Develop cohort timelines, track deliverables, and measure progress against defined KPIs
• Build and manage a curated network of mentors, advisors, and domain experts in AI and related fields
• Facilitate structured, outcome-driven interactions between cohort startups and mentors/advisors
• Document key meeting outcomes, action items, and support needs of participating startups
• Collaborate with AFI stakeholders to enable business and growth opportunities for startups.
• Design and coordinate webinars, workshops, and cohort events in collaboration with partners.
• Develop strategic documents, internal reports, and public-facing content to showcase the program's impact.
• Support in fundraising proposals, budgeting, and partner engagement for the cohort.
• Contribute to AFI’s broader initiatives and events as needed.

Who Should Apply:

• 3– 6 years of experience in startup accelerators, venture capital, partnerships, or entrepreneurship.
• Deep understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem; prior exposure to AI or tech-based startups is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; adept at engaging with founders, mentors, and investors.
• Comfortable working with flexible schedules, including global calls and virtual events.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, Basecamp)
