Insidee Launchpad is a 45-day strategic growth accelerator by Insidee Media — designed to scale small and growing businesses using the expertise of global strategists. Each season, only 5 brands are selected and guided through branding, marketing, content, and growth strategy to reach their next milestone.

Role Overview

Cohort Lead

You’ll coordinate with clients, strategists, designers, and performance teams to make sure each brand achieves measurable growth in 45 days.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Ownership & Strategy

  • Manage the entire Launchpad cohort (5–10 brands per cycle).
  • Create and execute 45-day roadmaps for each brand — from branding to marketing rollouts.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews and ensure timelines are met.
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimize campaign efficiency.

2. Client & Communication Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for all brands in the cohort.
  • Conduct onboarding calls, briefing sessions, and progress reviews.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams (design, strategy, performance, video, etc.).
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and renewal potential.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams or freelancers (creative, video, content, media buying).
  • Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure delivery standards.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports and success dashboards.

4. Content & Campaign Oversight

  • Oversee ad creatives, video scripts, and campaign briefs.
  • Ensure brand tone, storytelling, and strategy alignment.
  • Monitor analytics to optimize campaigns in real time.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain cohort performance data, case studies, and client testimonials.
  • Prepare post-cohort reports showcasing ROI and achievements.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of branding, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Experience in client servicing or project management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of tools like Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Bonus: basic understanding of ads (Meta, Google) and content creation workflows.

Experience

  • 2–5 years in marketing/project management/client strategy roles.
  • Agency or startup experience preferred.
  • Prior experience managing multiple brands or projects simultaneously is a plus.

Key Outcomes (KPI)

  • 90% on-time delivery for each brand cohort.
  • Minimum 4/5 average client satisfaction rating.
  • Measurable growth metrics per client (ROI, reach, engagement).
  • Internal coordination efficiency and documentation accuracy.
