Equity + Founding Role Major Requirement: Angel/Seed Investment 🏢 Company Overview ATIR is India's first AI-powered political campaign management platform, built to revolutionize how elections are fought—from the ground up. With modules for micro-targeted booth analytics, swing voter tracking, AI-driven voice clone communication, and real-time field data sync, ATIR is on a mission to transform Indian elections into a data-driven, cost-efficient, and transparent exercise. We're building for the future—where every candidate, party, and strategist can harness machine learning, automation, and behavioral insights to win elections smarter, not louder. We are post-prototype, have strong validation from political stakeholders, and are gearing up for pre-seed fundraising before the upcoming Bihar elections. 👤 Role Description: Co-Founder (With Investment Focus) This is a founding leadership role for a driven individual who believes in the transformative potential of political technology and is ready to bring both capital and commitment to the journey. You will work closely with the current founding team to: Spearhead investor outreach and lead the fundraising strategy (pre-seed/seed rounds) Shape ATIR’s growth roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and monetization channels Build partnerships with political stakeholders, campaign managers, and consultants Influence the long-term vision and help scale ATIR as a high-impact product-led startup Take a board-level leadership position in a high-potential, scalable tech company Note: Your primary contribution will be investment (₹30-₹50 lakh), but we are looking for a partner—not just a cheque. ✅ Ideal Background & Qualifications Angel investor, HNI, or early-stage startup investor looking for long-term ROI Strong understanding of Indian political landscape, tech startups, or SaaS models Previous entrepreneurial or startup experience preferred Ability to connect with VCs, ecosystem enablers, or political networks a huge plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills Belief in data, democracy, and disruption 💸 What You Get Co-founder equity (based on investment and commitment) Front-seat in India’s political transformation via tech Scalable business model with high profit margins Operational product and growing interest from political leaders & candidates Potential to spin off public-facing civic tech & political data products 📩 How to Apply If you’re ready to build a one-of-a-kind, scalable political tech company—and not just watch elections from the sidelines—email us at connectatir@gmail.com or message directly on LinkedIn.
