Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Co-Founder. The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing company operations, developing business strategies, managing sales and marketing activities, and ensuring the company achieves its goals. Day-to-day tasks include strategic planning, market research, client communication, and driving business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Proficiency in Marketing and Research skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Experience in business development and strategic planning
• Proven leadership and managerial experience
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the digital solutions industry is a plus
