Co- Founder (Equity without Investment):Head of Product - AR/VR & UI/UX

We seek a visionary and dynamic Head of Product to lead our AR/VR initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, decision-makers, developers and cross-functional teams to shape the future of immersive experiences. Your expertise in AR/VR development, UX/UI design, and interaction design will be instrumental in creating interfaces that are not only engaging but also intuitive and easy to navigate. Key Responsibilities: Strategic leadership: you will drive the product vision and strategy for AR/VR applications and align it with business goals and user needs. User-centred design: Design an intuitive and immersive UX/UI tailored to AR/VR environments and ensure seamless navigation in 3D spaces. User journey mapping: Develop user journeys, flowcharts and interaction models to improve usability and create fluid user experiences. Prototyping & testing: Create wireframes, prototypes and mockups to visualise interactions, conduct usability tests and iterate based on user feedback. Immersive interaction design: Integrate movements, animations and haptic feedback to support user guidance and increase engagement. Cross-platform optimisation: Ensure designs are optimised for the performance of different AR/VR devices, including VR headsets, AR glasses and mobile platforms. Innovation & Research: Stay at the forefront of AR/VR UX/UI trends, tools and technologies and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team. Qualifications: Proven experience in product management, UX/UI, or interaction design in AR/VR environments. Strong portfolio of immersive AR/VR projects focused on intuitive user experiences. Experience with design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Unity, Unreal Engine) and AR/VR development frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
