Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Co-Founder based in Mumbai, with some work from home acceptable. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the company, leading business development efforts, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing and mentoring team members, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and overseeing financial planning and resource allocation. The Co-Founder will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding the company's technological edge by staying abreast of the latest industry trends and innovations.
