We’re building ChatRoll, an AI-powered chat platform that makes conversations safe, real, and global. With AI moderation blocking nudity, hate speech, and harassment in real time, ChatRoll is redefining how people connect online. We’re now looking for a Co-Founder (Tech & Product) to join our journey. What you’ll do: Lead end-to-end product development (from concept to scalable launch). Architect and build a secure, high-performance chat platform. Work closely on AI integration, interest-based matching, and scalable infrastructure. Drive innovation and product roadmap, aligning with growth strategy. Contribute to fundraising discussions and investor presentations. What we’re looking for: Strong background in software engineering (backend & frontend) and product development. Experience with real-time communication apps, AI/ML, or large-scale consumer apps is a big plus. An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to own and scale tech vision.
