We are at an early stage and looking for a Co Founder who loves building from the ground up and knows how to turn a good product into a scalable, sustainable brand.

This is not a passive role. It is for someone who enjoys getting their hands dirty, setting up processes and laying the foundation for long term growth.

What We Are Building

Dough Dream is a modern cookie brand focused on fresh bakes, quality ingredients and a memorable brand experience. Our vision is to grow across delivery, retail and physical formats while maintaining operational excellence and consistency at every touchpoint.

Who We Are Looking For

A builder at heart. Someone who understands how operations shape a brand. You may come from food, hospitality, FMCG or startup ecosystems and know what it takes to scale without losing control over quality or costs.

Your Role as Co Founder

• Build and lead end to end operations for Dough Dream

• Set up production processes, sourcing and quality control

• Design systems that support scale while maintaining consistency

• Manage costing, margins and unit economics

• Oversee supply chain, inventory and vendor relationships

• Translate brand vision into everyday execution

• Support expansion plans including kitchens, outlets and partnerships

• Build teams, workflows and a culture focused on ownership and excellence

You Are a Great Fit If

• You have experience in operations, brand management or business building

• You enjoy structure, process and problem solving

• You are comfortable being hands on in the early stages

• You are looking for an equity driven Co Founder opportunity
