Role Overview

Co-Founder & CTO

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall tech strategy, architecture, and implementation of AI-driven platforms.
• Oversee full-stack development of core products (from backend infrastructure to front-end experiences).
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO/founding team on product-market fit and customer feedback loops.
• Design scalable, secure, and compliant systems across domains (especially healthcare and finance).
• Represent the company in investor meetings; contribute to technical due diligence, pitch decks, and funding strategy.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose integrations to improve product value.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  5+ years in software development, AI/ML systems, and full-stack architecture.

• Leadership:

  Prior experience in startup/scale-up environments; experience managing engineering teams.

• Technical Stack (Preferred):

• Backend: Python, Node.js, Django/Flask
• Frontend: React.js, Vue.js
• ML/AI: TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV
• Cloud: AWS / GCP / Azure
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL

• Fundraising:

  Exposure to startup fundraising process is a plus.
• Strong grasp of data privacy, security (HIPAA, GDPR), and industry regulations.
