Co-Founder & CTO

As a Co-Founder CTO at CASS AIOT, you will play a crucial role in leading engineering efforts and overseeing R&D and product development in the areas of AI, Robotics, Industrial Automation, and IoT. Your responsibilities will include architecting scalable systems, guiding end-to-end architecture, and building and growing the tech team. Collaboration with the Founder/CEO will be essential in raising funds, crafting IP strategy, and transforming the company's vision into globally competitive products. You will also ensure that the systems developed are patent-worthy, production-grade, and compliant with industrial protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Lead engineering efforts and oversee R&D and product development in Robotics, AI/ML, and Industrial Software. - Architect scalable systems and guide end-to-end architecture from GPU-based computer vision pipelines to edge-AI IoT firmware. - Build and grow the tech team by hiring and mentoring top talent across various technical domains. - Collaborate with the Founder/CEO on raising funds, crafting IP strategy, and transforming the company's vision into globally competitive products. - Ensure that the systems developed are patent-worthy, production-grade, and compliant with industrial protocols. Qualifications Required: - Expertise in technologies including C++, Python, ROS 1/2, Qt, OpenCV, GStreamer, NVIDIA GPU stack, embedded systems, robotics, AI/ML deployment, real-time video processing, and object tracking. - Proficiency in areas such as IoT architecture, microservices, containerization, and production-grade firmware. - Soft skills such as being a hands-on builder, strong problem-solving abilities, team-building skills, and a visionary mindset.,
