Co-Founder & CTO

GoWellBeing is a fast-growing health-tech startup on a mission to revolutionize wellness and healthcare accessibility. We are seeking a passionate Co-Founder & CTO to spearhead our technology vision, product development, and innovation journey. Your key responsibilities will include building and scaling GoWellBeing's mobile and web platforms, leading product architecture, backend systems & API integrations, recruiting and managing a talented tech team, collaborating with co-founders on product strategy & execution, and delivering secure, scalable, and user-first solutions to drive growth. To excel in this role, you should have at least 4 years of proven experience in tech/product development, with a strong expertise in app development, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. Experience in a startup or early-stage product environment is highly desirable. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to execute effectively. Please note that this is an equity-only position initially, with the potential for salary as the company scales. This is a full-time position in the home health care services industry.,
