Your responsibilities will include: - Building and scaling GoWellBeing's mobile and web platforms - Leading product architecture, backend systems & API integrations - Recruiting, mentoring, and managing a talented tech team - Collaborating with co-founders on product strategy & execution - Delivering secure, scalable, and user-first solutions to drive growth To excel in this position, you should have: - 4+ years of proven experience in tech/Product development - Strong experience in app development, APIs, and cloud infrastructure - Startup or early-stage product experience is highly desirable - Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership & execution ability Please note that this is an equity-only position initially, with strong potential for salary as the company scales.
