Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Cofounder with Investment (COO) located in Mumbai, with some work-from-home options available. The COO will oversee day-to-day operations, strategic planning, business development, managing investor relations, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources. They will work closely with other founders to drive company growth, optimize processes, and mentor junior staff. Qualifications Experience in strategic planning, business development, and investor relations Strong operational management and process optimization skills Ability to lead and mentor junior staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong financial acumen and investment experience Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and growth Prior experience in the health-tech or wellness industry is a plus Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field What We Offer: Equity partnership in a rapidly growing startup.
