Role Overview: You are being sought to join as Co-Founder & CTO - Robotics Engineer to assist in developing an autonomous robotics solution from scratch. The role calls for a robotics engineer or technologist with robust leadership skills, a passion for innovation, and a desire to influence the future of smart industrial robotics. You will collaborate closely with the founding team, taking charge of constructing the core technology and leading the development team. This founding team role, backed by a venture builder, promises significant ownership and the chance to shape the product, roadmap, and technology vision. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of a modular, scalable robotics product from prototyping to deployment - Supervise hardware and software systems encompassing mechatronics, perception, and cloud integrations - Establish and manage a diverse engineering team covering robotics, AI, and control systems - Provide guidance in R&D cycles, system architecture, and technical validation - Align technology with long-term business objectives and user requirements - Ensure quality, safety compliance, and readiness of the robotics solution for field deployment Qualification Required: - 5-10 years of experience in building and deploying robotic systems or autonomous products - Profound hands-on expertise with ROS, sensor fusion (LiDAR, IMU), SLAM, real-time control systems, and OS - Demonstrated track record in developing and expanding robotics products - Proficiency in working across mechanical, electrical, and software systems - Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field (B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD) - Familiarity with IP ratings, field testing, and industrial compliance standards - Previous involvement in a startup or a technical leadership role Additional Company Details: This opportunity is with a mission-driven venture in stealth mode, concentrating on crafting intelligent robotic systems that redefine efficiency and safety in various industries.
