As a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Solar Capital, your role will be crucial in shaping and leading the technological aspects of the company. You will play a key part in driving product innovation and establishing a secure, scalable, and regulation-compliant digital infrastructure. It is essential for you to invest 50L as a strategic commitment towards building the platform MVP and in return, gain equity and full ownership of the tech function. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead full-stack development (Web + App) from MVP to scale - Architect and deploy various components such as Subscription & rewards engine, Wallet & green credits system, BBPS-integrated bill redemption flow, Live energy tracking dashboards, and Project listing and performance analytics - Ensure the tech stack is compliant with SEBI/RBI guidelines (non-investment model) - Build and manage an agile tech team and vendor ecosystem - Collaborate closely with the founders on strategy, product development, and investor readiness **Must-Have Qualifications:** - 6+ years of experience in building digital platforms, preferably in fintech, cleantech, or energy tech - Strong understanding of BBPS ecosystem / DISCOM APIs and Wallet-based reward systems - Ability to invest 50L and independently lead the tech function - Passion for renewable energy, ESG, and impact-led ventures In addition to a significant co-founder equity stake of up to 15%, you will have the strategic freedom to shape India's first clean energy subscription platform. You will have access to a ready pipeline of live solar projects, investor traction, and full visibility into business, legal, and capital planning.
