We aim to significantly reduce hiring time and improve hiring quality by helping companies find the right talent with the right approach. Our platform is designed to make talent acquisition friendly for the upcoming generation, ensuring a future-ready workforce. We focus on more than just an ATS platform or CV screening; we provide deep cultural insights to transform the hiring process. We are looking for a CTO & Co-Founder to lead our technology vision, architect scalable solutions, and build a world-class product from the ground up. This is an opportunity to shape the product, culture, and future of the company along side the founding team. We’re currently building a prototype and are also a part of the sixth cohort of the build3 impact accelerator cohort led by Varun Chawla, cofounder of 91springboard. Role & Responsibilities • Technology Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals. • Product Development: Lead the architecture, and build of Arkaana’s core HR Tech platform (ATS, AI/ML-powered hiring tools, integrations). • Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a strong engineering team; establish a high-performance, ownership-driven culture. • Hands-on Leadership: Be actively involved in coding, prototyping, and system architecture during the early stage. • Scalability & Security: Ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and reliable as the company grows. • AI/ML Innovation: Drive innovation in interview intelligence. Ideal Profile Experience: 7-12+ years in software engineering with at least 3-5 years in a senior tech leadership role (Head of Engineering/CTO/Software Lead). Background: Proven experience in building and scaling SaaS products; prior startup or co-founding experience is a strong plus. Hiring Experience : Must have been part of the hiring process for at least 2 years Strong foundation in full-stack development (Python, Node.js, React, or similar). Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Databases, APIs, microservices, CI/CD. Familiarity with AI/ML, NLP, or recommendation systems. Mindset: Entrepreneurial, hands-on builder, excited about zero-to-one journeys. Leadership: Ability to attract and retain top engineering talent.
