⚙️ Role Overview

We’re looking for a Robotic Mechanical Designer who can take a concept from sketch to production-ready design.

 You’ll work on mechanical design, simulation, kinematic modeling, and manufacturing documentation for serving and precision-robot systems.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Design and develop robotic mechanical assemblies with precision and manufacturability in mind.

Conduct kinematic and motion analysis to ensure accuracy, speed, and payload balance.

Perform FEA and stress analysis for critical components.

Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and exploded views.

Need to collaborate with electrical and control engineers to ensure seamless integration?

Iterate designs for performance, cost, and aesthetics.

🧠 Requirements

Proven experience in robotic/mechanical system design (2–5+ years preferred).

Strong command of SolidWorks (3D CAD, Simulation, Motion Analysis, Assembly Design).

Knowledge of robot kinematics, actuators, bearings, gear systems, and load transfer design.

Ability to produce manufacturing-ready CAD and 2D drawings.

Passion for robotics, innovation, and precision engineering.

Based in Surat, Gujarat (local candidates only).
