Role Overview We are looking for a visionary Co-Founder & CTO to lead the technological direction of the company. This person will be responsible for shaping the product architecture, driving the tech roadmap, building and managing the tech team, and actively contributing to fundraising conversations with investors. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall tech strategy, architecture, and implementation of AI-driven platforms. Oversee full-stack development of core products (from backend infrastructure to front-end experiences). Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team. Collaborate closely with the CEO/founding team on product-market fit and customer feedback loops. Design scalable, secure, and compliant systems across domains (especially healthcare and finance). Represent the company in investor meetings; contribute to technical due diligence, pitch decks, and funding strategy. Evaluate emerging technologies and propose integrations to improve product value. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: 5+ years in software development, AI/ML systems, and full-stack architecture.
