Your Mission

1. Own the BFSI Vertical

• Identify 3–5 high-impact use cases (Sales., CX ops intelligence, RM knowledge loss, risk signals)
• Understand how decisions are made in banks, NBFCs, and fintech
• Translate decision problems into AI-solvable flows

2. Lead Go-to-Market

• Build pipeline of BFSI clients — banks, NBFCs, insurers
• Craft compelling GTM messaging for BFSI CXOs
• Convert first 3–5 pilots to paid contracts
• Shape pricing and commercial models by segment

3. Build Relationships & Ecosystem

• Open doors with CXOs: Sales, Risk, Credit, Ops, CX, Distribution
• Leverage BFSI networks, events, and associations (e.g., FIDC, IBA, IRDAI)
• Partner with PR, content, and BD to drive visibility

4. Create a Repeatable Sales Engine

• Document pilot playbooks, sector case studies
• Work with tech to localize product features
• Feed insights back to product and data teams

5. Act Like a Founder

• Co-own revenue for the vertical
• Operate with urgency, autonomy, and customer obsession
• Help build a category — not just close deals

Who You Are

• 7–12 years in BFSI — ideally with GTM or innovation roles at banks, NBFCs, or SaaS
• Strong networks with BFSI decision-makers
• Familiarity with compliance, CX, product, or credit ops
• Not afraid of early chaos — you want to build, not just manage
• Can explain AI like a human, not a tech manual
• Bonus: Past startup or category-building experience
