Your Role


As the Sales Lead – SMB


What You Bring

  • A strong network within India’s SMB ecosystem — especially with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers
  • Strong existing relationships with SMB-focused bodies/associations (TiE, FICCI, CII, MSME bodies, local business chambers)
  • Experience in selling SaaS, digital, or tech-driven business solutions to SMBs
  • A strategic, consultative sales mindset with ability to handle long cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial drive: you don’t wait for things to happen, you make them happen


Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Market Presence

  • Build OneOrg’s brand equity in the SMB ecosystem (Bodies/associations and personal network)
  • Speak at events or business meets to evangelize AI-led growth for SMBs
  • Create strong referral and word-of-mouth traction within SMB communities


2. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify, target, and engage SMBs key Indian cities
  • Generate a high-quality pipeline through referrals, SMB associations, and your personal network
  • Identify industries where OneOrg can solve immediate pain points (Pharma, Manufacturing, Banking, FMCG, etc.)


Relationship Building

  • Leverage existing relationships with SMB business owners, founders, CXOs, and decision-makers to build brand equity
  • Represent OneOrg at SMB conferences, forums, and trade bodies (e.g., CII, FICCI, TiE)


Sales Execution

  • Lead consultative sales discussions to understand SMB-specific challenges
  • Deliver compelling demos and communicate ROI clearly
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to tailor messaging for different segments


Bonus If You Have

  • Been part of a SaaS or tech startup selling to SMBs
  • Worked in partnerships or ecosystem development roles
  • Been an active member of TiE, NASSCOM, CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, MSME India, etc
