About the Role Location: On-Site (India preferred) Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred We're building a next-gen AI product that personalizes conversations at scale using Large Language Models (LLMs). We’re looking for a hands-on AI Developer who can design, deploy, and optimize LLM-based solutions—from personalized chatbots to API-driven microservices. You’ll work closely with our product and business teams to bring real-world impact through intelligent automation. What You'll Do Build and fine-tune LLM-based chatbots for enterprise use cases (sales, leadership, culture) Integrate vLLM , OpenAI, or open-source models with APIs for fast inference Build scalable backends using Docker, FastAPI , or similar stacks Design custom APIs to serve LLM outputs securely Collaborate on data pipelines and vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS , or Weaviat Optimize latency, token usage, and model response quality Stay updated with latest developments in Generative AI & MLOps Key Skills We’re Looking For Strong experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Cohere, etc.) Experience with vLLM or other model-serving frameworks Proficient in Python , FastAPI , and REST API development Hands-on with Docker and containerized deployments Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant) Bonus: Experience with prompt engineering, LangChain, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Ideal Profile 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML product development Proven projects or GitHub showcasing chatbot or LLM-based tools Curious, self-driven, and excited to build AI that actually solves business problems Why Join Us? Your Role As the Sales Lead – SMB , you will be responsible for go to market, building strategic relationships, creating pipelines, and closing high-potential SMB accounts. What You Bring A strong network within India’s SMB ecosystem — especially with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers Strong existing relationships with SMB-focused bodies/associations (TiE, FICCI, CII, MSME bodies, local business chambers) Experience in selling SaaS, digital, or tech-driven business solutions to SMBs A strategic, consultative sales mindset with ability to handle long cycles and multiple stakeholders Entrepreneurial drive: you don’t wait for things to happen, you make them happen Key Responsibilities 1. Brand & Market Presence Build OneOrg’s brand equity in the SMB ecosystem (Bodies/associations and personal network) Speak at events or business meets to evangelize AI-led growth for SMBs Create strong referral and word-of-mouth traction within SMB communities 2. Business Development & Lead Generation Identify, target, and engage SMBs key Indian cities Generate a high-quality pipeline through referrals, SMB associations, and your personal network Identify industries where OneOrg can solve immediate pain points (Pharma, Manufacturing, Banking, FMCG, etc.) 3. Relationship Building Leverage existing relationships with SMB business owners, founders, CXOs, and decision-makers to build brand equity Represent OneOrg at SMB conferences, forums, and trade bodies (e.g., CII, FICCI, TiE) 4.
