We also deal into Corporate Gifts - from products to curating kits and custom hampers. Our offerings include unique products like Break Up Hampers, and Heal the Aura Boxes, Welcome Kit, Pregnancy Care Hamper, Period Kit Hamper, Mens Care Hamper and more. We cater to individuals, businesses, corporates, and events, aiming to spread happiness and facilitate emotional expression.

Role Description

This is a full-time responsibility for a Co-Founder based in Pune. It's a combined/joint responsibility. As a CoFounder you will collaborate on - Curating & Making Gift Hampers- Crafting business strategies together,- Working jointly on marketing and sales initiatives, conducting market research, and fostering partnerships.- Attending a Networking Meeting where you'd represent Anokhasa. Daily tasks include overseeing operations, managing communication channels,market research (including vendor searches as we need to have more and more vendors empanelled with us) and contributing to product development. As a Co-Founder, you will be vital in driving the company's vision and growth.

Qualifications

• Creativity is the most important aspect - as you would be majorly responsible for Curating Gift Hampers (from what would hampers include to making those amazing and gorgeous hampers)
• Strong Communication skills for internal and external engagements
• Some experience in Sales and Marketing strategies
• Proficient in conducting Market Research
• Leadership and team management experience
• No Degree required....
