Magna Stella, a new and innovative influencer/talent marketing agency, is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Co-founder to join our team. We're looking for a strategic partner to help build and scale our business from the ground up. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to have a significant stake in a company that aims to reshape the creator economy. Responsibilities: Business Development: Drive all aspects of business development, including identifying and securing new clients, building strong relationships with brands, and negotiating high-value partnerships. You'll be the face of Magna Stella to our external partners. Strategic Vision: Work collaboratively to set the company's long-term vision, mission, and strategic goals. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a business plan that ensures sustainable growth and profitability. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including managing a small team, streamlining workflows, and implementing efficient processes. You'll ensure that our projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations. Financial Management: Help manage the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and fundraising efforts. You'll be responsible for ensuring we have the resources needed to grow. Talent Acquisition: Play a key role in recruiting and onboarding both internal team members and top-tier influencers/talents. You'll help us build a diverse and high-performing roster. Marketing & Branding: Contribute to the development and execution of our marketing strategy to build the Magna Stella brand and attract new clients and talent. Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, with at least 2-3 years in influencer marketing, digital media, or a related field. Previous startup or entrepreneurial experience is a significant plus. Skills: Proven track record in sales, business development, and client management. Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and operational management skills are essential. Attributes: You must be a self-starter with a high degree of autonomy and a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are a must.
