Location: Chennai/Bangalore Type: Co-founder / Equity-based Co-Founder – Technical Lead (Hardware & Lab Systems) About the Role: Quantadeep is looking for a hands-on technical co-founder to lead the design and development of our hardware product line, supporting scientific research labs in Quantum, Photonics, and Advanced physics. You’ll own everything from prototyping and CAD modeling to vendor collaboration and final assembly, building modular lab hardware that bridges innovation and real-world usability. Responsibilities: Design and prototype mechanical components and lab hardware kits Lead CAD development and rapid iteration using 3D printing and basic fabrication Collaborate with labs to develop custom solutions Manage product documentation, BOMs, and manufacturing-ready files Evaluate and test mechanical performance and tolerances Guide long-term hardware roadmap with scalability in mind Qualifications: Strong background in Quantum,Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related fields Experience with CAD tools (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or equivalent) Knowledge of prototyping, lab hardware design, or research equipment Familiarity with working with fabricators and 3D printing services Startup mindset: resourceful, self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity Co-Founder – Operations & Supply Chain Lead About the Role: We're seeking an Operations & Supply Chain co-founder to build the logistics backbone of Quantadeep. You’ll manage everything from sourcing lab components to optimizing packaging, shipping, and fulfillment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of process, people, and product delivery . Responsibilities: Identify and manage hardware suppliers and fabrication vendors Develop and manage inventory systems and packaging workflows Optimize order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery pipelines Handle procurement, quality control, and cost optimization Build and refine scalable operational systems for growth Qualifications: Experience in operations, supply chain management, or hardware logistics Knowledge of vendor negotiation, quality control, and shipping systems Strong organizational skills with a process-driven mindset Bonus: Experience in lab hardware or scientific instrumentation industries Co-Founder – Business & Strategy Lead About the Role: Quantadeep is looking for a Business and Strategy co-founder to lead go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and growth initiatives. You’ll engage directly with customers (labs, universities, startups), shape the company’s positioning, and help build a scalable business around high-impact hardware solutions. Responsibilities: Lead customer discovery, market research, and product-market fit strategy Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and labs Develop sales channels and pricing models Lead investor outreach, pitch decks, and fundraising efforts Oversee marketing, branding, and outreach content Qualifications: Background in business, entrepreneurship, or Tech strategy Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills Understanding of hardware markets, scientific research, or Quantum tech is a plus Ability to work cross-functionally and wear multiple hats Co-Founders should have strong passion on Quantum and Hardware Please share your resume to info@quantadeep.com with which role you apply to
