The Opportunity

Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, you'll shape our product vision, go-to-market strategy, and company culture. You'll have significant equity, equal decision-making authority, and the opportunity to define the future of AI-driven marketing.

What You'll Do

• Shape Product Direction: Work directly with the founding team to design AI solutions that solve real marketing challenges you've experienced firsthand
• Build Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute our launch strategy, positioning, and customer acquisition playbook
• Lead Marketing Operations: Oversee all marketing functions including brand development, demand generation, content strategy, and customer lifecycle marketing
• Drive Customer Success: Establish processes that ensure our clients achieve outstanding results and become advocates for our platform
• Build the Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class marketing team as we scale
• Represent the Company: Be the face of our marketing expertise through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and industry partnerships

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience:

• 10+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven track record of driving growth
• Deep expertise across multiple channels: SEO/SEM, paid social, content marketing, email marketing, conversion optimization
• Experience with marketing technology stacks, analytics platforms, and data-driven decision making
• Track record of scaling marketing operations from early stage to significant growth
• Understanding of B2B and/or B2C customer acquisition and retention strategies

Entrepreneurial DNA:

• Previous startup experience (founder, early employee, or similar high-impact role)
• Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and wearing multiple hats
• Self-starter who thrives without a playbook and creates their own roadmap
• Resilient mindset with ability to navigate the inevitable ups and downs of building a company

Nice to Have:

• Experience marketing SaaS, AI, or technology products
• Background in marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application to marketing
• Existing network in the digital marketing or tech community
• Previous experience raising capital or selling to enterprise clients
