CNC Turning Programmer Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience programming Siemens-controlled CNC turning machines. The ideal candidate will be capable of developing efficient machining programs for high-precision components.

• Create and optimize CNC programs for Siemens-controlled turning machines.
• Interpret technical drawings to define machining processes.
• Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials.
• Maintain detailed records of programs and setups.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of CNC programming experience on Siemens controllers.
• Solid understanding of G-code and M-code machining practices.
• Ability to read technical drawings and apply GD&T dimensions.
• Familiarity with common measuring instruments and inspection techniques. (Ex. – Vernier caliper, micrometer, Hight gauge)
• Detailed knowledge of tool offsets, feeds and speeds, and cutting parameters.
CMM Engineer Job Summary:
We are looking for a CMM Engineer with experience in Zeiss Contura G2 machines and Calypso software, to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of aerospace machined components.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program and operate the Zeiss Contura G2 CMM using Calypso software.
• Perform precise dimensional inspections of machined aerospace parts.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and CAD models for inspection planning.
• Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI), in-process, and final inspections.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and non-conformance records.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure compliance with drawings/specs.
• Maintain calibration of metrology tools and perform machine upkeep.
• Ensure documentation in line with AS9100D and ISO 9001 quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Any high-precision manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with Calypso software and Zeiss CMMs.
• Deep understanding of GD&T, 2D/3D interpretation, and inspection techniques.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic experience of customer audits or third-party inspections.
VMC Assistant Programmer Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled VMC Programmer with experience in programming and setting Vertical Machining Centers using Siemens controllers. The ideal candidate should be able to handle precision aerospace components involving tight tolerances, GD&T, and complex geometries.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and optimize CNC programs for VMC machines with Siemens controllers using CAM software (e.g., NX CAM, Mastercam, or similar)
• Select proper tools, speeds, and feeds for various aerospace-grade materials
• Set up jobs on the machine, perform trials, and ensure first part approval
• Interpret and apply GD&T from technical drawings and CAD models
• Collaborate with the QA team for dimensional verification and correction
• Conduct toolpath simulations and verify for collisions and overcuts
• Maintain machining quality, productivity, and tool management
• Ensure safe operation, preventive maintenance, and cleanliness of machine
• Suggest improvements in processes, fixturing, or tooling to improve efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of VMC programming and operations experience
• Hands-on knowledge of Siemens CNC controllers and NX CAM Software.
• Strong command of GD&T and machining tolerances
• Capable of troubleshooting program/machine/tool-related issues
• Familiarity with basic QC inspection methods and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in aerospace or high-precision machining
• Knowledge of 4-axis/5-axis machining is a plus
