Cluster Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at Treebo Hospitality Ventures, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the sales efforts within the corporate or business-to-business (B2B) segment. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to drive sales, achieving revenue targets, and expanding our market presence among corporate clients. Your key responsibilities will involve conducting competitor analysis, creating and maintaining prospect and customer lists, engaging in trade conferences to nurture industry relationships, and closing potential opportunities. You will be responsible for designing customized business proposals, engaging with prospects, and meeting potential opportunities with our product lines. Additionally, client acquisition, corporate relations management, and active liaison within the industry are essential aspects of this role. You will be expected to actively engage and retain clients by facilitating immediate escalations, conducting regular visits, and ensuring value delivery. Designing a data management system, tracking team productivity, and forecasting sales will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will contribute to tracking the credit policy, providing strategic consulting, and participating in developing business plans to increase volume profitability. The ideal candidate for this role should have prior experience in Corporate or B2B sales. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills are essential, along with strong negotiation abilities to seek, create, negotiate, and close deals successfully. You should be comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment, possess a self-starter attitude, street smartness, and be solution-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.,
