Role Description

The Cluster Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Lucknow And Agra. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales operations within the assigned cluster. This involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and identifying potential growth opportunities in the market. The role also includes monitoring performance, providing necessary training to team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Retail Lending domains
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of financial services, asset financing, and SME/MSME sector dynamic.
• Proven experience in sales management within the NBFC or financial services sector
• Willingness to travel and work within the assigned cluster
