Job Summary: The Financial Sales Team Leader will oversee a team of financial sales consultants, driving business growth in mutual funds, FD, loans, and insurance . This role involves team management, sales strategy execution, and client relationship oversight , ensuring high performance and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Sales Strategy: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of financial sales consultants. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets. Monitor team performance and provide training to enhance skills. Client Relationship Management: Ensure high-quality client interactions and service delivery. Guide the team in conducting financial needs analysis and recommending suitable products. Address escalated client concerns and ensure resolution. Product Knowledge & Compliance: Stay updated on mutual fund schemes, FD rates, loan offerings, and insurance policies. Ensure the team adheres to regulatory guidelines and company policies. Conduct periodic training sessions on financial products and compliance. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain accurate records of team performance and sales activities. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless processing of investments and loans. Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and market insights. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in financial sales and team management. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to drive sales targets and manage client relationships. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
