Cluster Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of

  Sales Executives / Officers

  .
• Monitor daily performance, ensure productivity, and support team members in achieving individual targets.
  

• Sales & Business Development:

• Drive sales of

  unsecured business loans

  (ticket size typically between 1 lakh to 20 lakhs).
• Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the SME/MSME market in the assigned cluster.
  
• Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and market mapping.
  

• Target Achievement:

• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets across the cluster.
  
• Track sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  

• Channel Operations:

• Ensure smooth functioning of the

  Direct Sales Channel

  , adherence to sales processes, and customer onboarding protocols.

• Market Intelligence:

• Collect competitor data, market trends, customer feedback, and share actionable insights with management.
  

• Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure 100% adherence to internal policies, regulatory norms, and KYC requirements.
  
• Manage risk and ensure quality sourcing of business.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  

• 8+ years

  of relevant experience in unsecured loans or MSME lending, preferably in a

  DST model

  .
• Strong understanding of

  SME lending

  , credit norms, and risk evaluation.
• Proven experience in

  team handling

  and sales target achievements.
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and leadership

  skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned cluster.
