Cluster Project Officer

Job Description

Responsibilities Lead and oversee multiple infrastructure projects within the Mumbai region, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and finance to drive project success. Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and provide guidance to project teams. Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project execution. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management, highlighting project status, challenges, and opportunities. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and development within the project team. Contribute to the overall strategic direction of infrastructure development projects in alignment with Adani's business objectives.
