Cluster Project Officer

Role Overview: As a Project Manager, your role will involve conceptualizing and developing long-term strategies for integrated project execution across the cluster. You will lead pre-construction activities, align development planning with various objectives, and ensure timely initiation, monitoring, and closure of all projects. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing budgeting, cost management, quality control, compliance, technology integration, team development, and leadership within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and develop long-term strategies for integrated project execution. - Lead pre-construction activities, including feasibility studies, design approvals, and value engineering. - Align development planning with business, environmental, and community objectives. - Function as the construction lead for all projects, ensuring timely initiation, monitoring, and closure. - Formulate and implement project execution strategies tailored to each site's challenges. - Oversee budgeting, cost estimation, and fund allocation. - Set and enforce stringent quality control standards consistent with global benchmarks. - Evaluate and integrate new construction technologies and tools. - Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, site engineers, and planning professionals.
