Cluster Project Officer

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all real estate projects in Mumbai from inception to completion
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Provide strategic direction and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and regulatory bodies
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements
• Manage project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost efficiency and financial prudence
• Drive a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the project teams
• Develop and nurture talent within the project management team, providing mentorship and guidance
• Report project status, key metrics, and performance to senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion and growth in the real estate sector
  

Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• 20-25 years of experience in the real estate industry
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale real estate projects
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional project teams
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Strong understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements in the real estate sector
  

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Management, or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred
  

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable
• LEED certification or other relevant industry certifications are a plus
