Cluster Project Officer

As a seasoned professional in the construction industry with 18-20 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing various aspects of project planning, execution, budget management, quality control, technology integration, and team development within a cluster. Your primary responsibilities will include conceptualizing and developing long-term strategies for integrated project execution, aligning development planning with business and community objectives, and leading all pre-construction activities such as feasibility studies and design approvals. In terms of project execution and delivery, you will serve as the construction lead for all projects in the cluster, ensuring timely initiation, monitoring, and closure. You will also be tasked with formulating and implementing project execution strategies tailored to each site's challenges, overseeing the performance of Project Managers, and managing external architects, consultants, and contractors. Budgeting, cost estimation, and fund allocation across the cluster will fall under your purview, where you will ensure financial discipline, track expenditures, and analyze financial and operational KPIs to recommend cost optimization measures. Maintaining stringent quality control standards, monitoring audit and compliance-related workflows, and ensuring materials meet safety and sustainability norms are crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to evaluate and integrate new construction technologies, champion digital tools for project tracking and collaboration, and lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, site engineers, and planning professionals. Cross-functional collaboration, talent development through job rotations and capability-building programs, and succession planning will also be key focus areas to foster a culture of innovation and leadership within the team. Your qualifications should include a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, complemented by a proven track record of 18-20 years in the construction industry, showcasing your expertise in project management, budgeting, quality control, technology integration, and team leadership.,
