Job Description

Role: Cluster Operations Manager

Base Location: Anywhere in Mumbai/Thane as per branch locations

Branch locations: Thane/Panvel/Kalyan/Andheri

Role Responsibilities:

Manage Login to Disbursement of Company's lending products (BL, LAP, HL, Machinery, Solar, etc.)
Managing assigned cluster of Maharashtra (locations across state) and Chhattisgarh (Raipur) for operations work
Regular branch visits to branches falling in assigned cluster
Disbursement Process for multiple loan products
Post Disbursement Activities
Dispatch File/Docket/Repayment/PDD Management
Supervisor for Customer Service
Audit & Other Compliance
Support to Central Ops Team
