Cluster Operations Manager

• This role entails overseeing a cluster of 6-7 properties, specifically in the Gurgaon and Delhi locations. There are currently three openings for this position. Preference will be given to candidates who are available for immediate employment or those with a notice period of 15-30 days. Please note that accommodation is not provided for these roles. Preference will also be given to candidates residing in Delhi or Gurgaon. Candidates with prior experience in cluster management will be given preference..

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management role handling a cluster or properties.
• Proven track record in managing multi-departmental operations and achieving financial and service excellence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
