What You’ll Do:

Minimalist Hotels operates 60 keys in Varanasi and we’re looking for a dynamic Operations Head to lead our cluster of Lifestyle Hotels inclusive of 2 F&B Spaces in the city of culture, spirituality & global tourism.

If you are passionate about creating seamless guest experiences and building high-performance teams, this role is for you.

Who Are We Looking For?

✅ Minimum 7 years of experience with top-tier hotel brands

✅ Strong foundation in Front Office Operations (must-have)

✅ Good understanding of F&B Service operations

✅ Proven leadership skills with ability to manage multi-property operations

✅ Guest-centric mindset with eye for detail & service excellence

✅ Ability to implement SOPs, drive revenue & enhance guest satisfaction scores
