Job Purpose "This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd." Duties and Responsibilities ¥ Manage relationships at all level in hospitals ¥ Drive sales numbers and increase finance penetration, meet allocated sales targets ¥ Manage the sales process X Manage FOS recruit, train and motivate the team ¥ Ensure process rigor and controllership ¥ Ensure smooth service delivery to channel partners ¥ Manage the FOS productivity ¥ Reconciliation of dealer payments. Required Qualifications and Experience X MBA / PGDM or Equivalent with 0-1 years of experience ¥ Good communication & interpersonal skills. X. Good relationship management skills ¥ Basic computer knowledge -MS Office /Power Point
