1. Managing TPD sales activities in the designated market through Banks to ensure that the business plan is met or exceeded.
2. Continuous interaction with brokers and other intermediaries
3. Partner engagement and Acquisitions
4. Managing a pipeline to achieve desired numbers
5. Enable sales force to ensure productivity and retention
6. Renewal persistency
1. Must have atleast 2 years of team handling experience in Banca channel
2. Must be a Graduate
3. Possessing good comm skills and presentation skills
4. Age upto 34 years
5. Candidates from LI/HI/GI background are considered, HI being the first priority
