10.Responsible for the Market updates to immediate reporting manager 11.Conducting Sales Team Training workshops, Rewards & Recognition of the best performers
12.Team market working and ensuring brand availability and visibility across the channel
13.Ensure and educate the team to follow Product FIFO to maintain product freshness.
14.Sales forecast, Indent Planning and on time supplies.
15.Focus On The slow Moving Products / SKU's.
16.Market working along with the teams
17.Onboard New channel and New stores by listing Products
18.Ensure Daily sales team reviews to ensure better performance 19.Accountable for Account receivables (Collections) with in specified time.
20.Logistics, fleet management and optimum utilisation of vehicles 21.Interdepartmental coordination (plant, production, finance, logistics, Quality Assurance & Finance etc)
To ensure achievement of targets (daily, weekly, monthly and yearly) as communicated by the Regional Sales Manager, manage the distribution network, monitor sales executives and plan and increase sales in the respective areas allotted
