Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage modern trade channels across assigned areas, focusing on key accounts and large format stores.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including volume growth and market share gains.
Build strong relationships with customers through effective team handling and negotiation skills.
Identify opportunities for new business development and drive initiatives to expand product offerings in the region.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in area sales management or similar role within Food Manufacturing/ FMCG/ Beverage industry only.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in FMCG managing MT (Preferably D Mart, Regional chains, Reliance)

MBA / Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong understanding of modern trade channels, including key account management and large format store operations.
Proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.

Strong knowledge of local geography and retail landscape.

Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
