Business Development & Sales( Bangladesh )
Generate new business through cold calling, industry references, existing client networks, and strategic market outreach.
Identify and meet prospects for cross-border and export-related requirements; promote services and close high-value deals.
Achieve revenue targets by driving sales for FTL, LTL, Express, International Freight, and Bangladesh cross-border business.
Work closely with management to finalize quotations, pricing structures, margins, and contract terms.
Possess strong knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance procedures, and cross-border compliance specifically for India Bangladesh movements.
Coordinate with CHA, customs teams, and operations for seamless cargo movement.
Support clients, Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in both domestic and cross-border segments.
Manage contract renewals, customer queries, and service issues to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with operations, accounts, IT, and supplier partners to resolve issues without losing revenue.
Proven expertise in FTL, LTL, Express, International Freight, and Cross-Border sales and customs knowledge and Export.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong negotiation, networking, and client relationship skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts and cross-border clients simultaneously.
A strong network within the logistics, freight forwarding, and cross-border export ecosystem is preferred.
