Cluster Lead

As a Cluster Lead - First Select in the Retail Liabilities department at the company, your primary role is to manage Elite bankers- Select to deliver business and channel objectives effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Quality recruitment, Sales Planning, Business delivery tracking, and Monitoring and reviewing VRM Performance. - Mentoring individuals for effective tele-calling to achieve defined goals and ensuring adherence with tele-calling guidelines. - Ensuring the VRM Team achieves goal sheet objectives and revenue targets to earn incentives while monitoring the quality of engagement. - Enhancing engagement with HNI customers through client meetings and/or joint calls with RMs. - Supporting functions in peer groups and quality NTB Acquisitions. - Coordinating with various functional peers to ensure smooth business delivery across Liabilities and Asset products of the bank. - Driving Privilege program onboarding, Cross Sell in the VRM Portfolio, and enhancing Product Per Client ratios in the managed book. - Ensuring Digital adoption and completion of assigned Tasks, triggers, campaigns, and client outreach programs by the VRMs. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring the VRMs provide excellent customer service, follow all processes within the bank's audit and compliance framework, and develop data-driven sales plans for existing liability product customers to enhance portfolio quality and account usage. Your managerial and leadership responsibilities will include leading the company's customer-first culture, attracting and retaining top talent for VRMs, monitoring and achieving key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality, and attrition rates, and championing the use of data analytics for marketing propositions. **Education & Qualification:** - Graduation: Any Graduate - Post Graduation: MBA / PGDM - Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.,
