Role & responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to meet hiring needs.
• Cordinating for offers , manage onboarding for new hires.
• Conduct employee inductions and ensure smooth integration into the organization.

2. Time Office Management

• Create and manage employee rosters, track and maintain attendance records.
• Monitor overtime and provide accurate payroll inputs.
• Handle employee leave requests, maintain records, and ensure compliance with policy.

3. Training Management

• Identify and assess training needs across assigned branches.
• Coordinate training sessions and track attendance.
• Support Rewards & Recognition programs.
• Drive employee engagement activities to enhance workplace satisfaction.

5. Administrative Duties

• Maintain employee files and ensure documentation compliance.
• Issue HR-related documents such as appointment letters, memos and warnings in coordination with Corporate HR.
• Support NABH/NABL audit-related HR requirements

Additional Responsibilities

• Provide HR analytics and periodic reports on workforce trends, attrition and compliance metrics.
• Assist in grievance handling and ensure timely resolution in line with company policies.
• Responsibilities are not limited to those mentioned in the document.
• There could be other tasks as per the need and scope of services of the department at the assigned centre(s).
